Facilities
Press Shop
Our Press Shop is equipped with more than 40 power presses with a capacity ranging from 10 – 250 tons and 3 shearing machines for sizes up-to 3.5m width and 8 mm thickness.
Quality Control Lab
The Quality Control Lab of Diversitech has standard equipment like Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), 3 Height Gauges, Surface roughness tester, Millipore Test Equipment, Sand Hardness Tester, Air Plug Gauges and various measuring instruments. We have machining accuracy of upto 5 microns. A disciplined team takes utmost care that every norm of quality control is strictly followed.
Fabrication
This facility has MIG and spot welding machines with in-house welding fixtures. It also has pipe bending, flaring and cutting machines along with 5 CNC tube bending machines with 15mm X 120mm X 7mm capacity. We have in-house PU Foam moulding and powder coating facilities.
